Idyllic spot with far reaching views of the sea and hills, just over a mile from historic Ruthin boasting independent shops, eateries, castles and museums. Pop to the market town of Mold, with its street market, annual food and drink festival and Theatre Clywd, or the town of Denbigh, steeped in history with a range of independent shops and eateries. There s great walking nearby, direct from the front door without the need for a car or head to Coed Y Felin nature reserve, or climb nearby Moel Famau, the highest hill in the Clwydian Range or further afield is Snowdonia with its mountain railway. Northeast is the beautiful walled city of Chester with its medieval walls, specialist shops, tempting restaurants and world famous Zoo. The beautiful Wales coastline is within easy reach, 18 miles north, with its sandy beaches and seaside activities. Why not head to the picturesque town of LLangollen with the river running through, along with plenty of shops and pubs to keep you entertained. A stylish detached property is full of all the thoughtful little extras for your stay. Walk into the utility with space for your outdoor attire alongside the washing machine and tumble dryer. There is ample private parking for two cars and space for bicycles, canoes and paddleboards. Please note that the owners live onsite but privacy is ensured.

Fishing available at Llyn Brenig and Alwen Reservoir, 13 miles. With regret, this property does not accept children.
